Architected and led the full migration of the "Alloyal Partners" platform from Google Apps Script (technical debt, no scalability) to a modern Supabase + React stack. Implemented PostgreSQL multi-tenant architecture, Row Level Security (RLS), and Edge Functions for performance. Managed a distributed squad (Engineering, Data, UX) through the entire transition.
